Overview:
The Director - Registration is responsible for setup of
the registration table, tracking registrants and collecting
payments. This person will provide a report after each
event. This will be sent to VP Operations and VP Finance.
They will also keep track of volunteer hours.
Detailed Position Activities:
Activities performed each month:
• Receive extract file from 123Signup 2-3 days prior
to event.
• Schedule volunteers for each event.
• Create registration sheets for tracking.
• Create accounting for attendance and report to
event lead as needed before, during and following the
event.
• Submit numbers to VP Finance for validation of
attendance to calculate venue remaining cost.
• Create request to VP Operations & VP Finance
regarding venue deposits.
• Collect cards for raffle drawings.
• Collect data sheets on walk-ins.
• Promote use of dots for employment/solicitation
interaction
• Purchase materials as approved by the VP Operations
to continue the registration process.
