| Job Summary |
The Consulting Services Program Manager assists in definition and oversight of the Program Management Office for Aptify Consulting Services. Primary duties include Method development, Continuous Process Improvement, Project coordination, tracking and QA, Staff development and training and Consulting Strategy, Forecasting and KPI tracking. Candidate will work directly with the VP of Consulting Services and Consulting Service Managers in order to ensure uniform execution and quality of Consulting field projects and may also assist with Project and Account Management in some instances.

| Responsibilities |
- Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
- Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
- Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, milestones.
- Performs team assessments and evaluations.
- Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
- Responds to Requests for Proposals (RFP) for services.
- Designs and maintains technical and project documentation.
- Assists in estimation of Enterprise projects.
- Assists in Customer Outreach and Account Management.
- Presents on service offerings and methodology to prospects and customers.
- Orients and trains new staff.
- Drives services utilization and revenue forecast models.
- Conducts Project Quality Reviews.
- Collects and analyzes KPI's to measure progress against targets and goals.
- Assists in formulations of departmental strategy and operating plans.
- Drives formalization and documentation of methodology and processes.
- Plans and coordinates continuous improvement programs and projects.
- Defines requirements and researches options for internal system projects to support processes.
- Stays current on industry trends, terminology and certifications and suggests how they may be leveraged to enhance efficiency/productivity
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

| Qualifications |
- Undergraduate degree required
- PMP or related industry certification(s) required
- 7-10 years IT consulting experience in Packaged or Custom Software Enterprise Implementations minimum
- Former PMO related experience preferred
