Identity Management Project Manager /Downers Grove/4- 12 Months
Mandatory Skills:
-Must have strong project management experience.
-Must have strong working knowledge of project management tools and processes
-Minimum 6-8 years work experience
-Must have strong systems implementation and systems support experience
-Must have strong communications and facilitation skills, dealing with diversity and building teams
-Must have good MS Office skills (Power Point, Visio, MS Word, MS project)
-Must have an ability to promote and generate interest in the project within the company
-Knowledge of Internal Controls and SOX Compliance environments preferred but not required
-Experience working on an Identity Management project is preferred but not required
-Experience with Aveksa software is a plus.
Secondary Skills:
Duties:
- Develop and monitor the project plan including scope, timeline, resource deployment and budget in coordination with Client stakeholders
- Communicate regularly the progress related to the project plan and budgets.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation procedures
- Manage the consultants and other supportive resources.
- Work with the company's internal and external auditors to keep them apprised of the goals of the system implementation, progress, new controls, and impacts to financial reporting
- Continuously monitor changes in the business and adjust the project plan accordingly(i.e., new financial systems).
- Lead the implementation team and users to a successful implementation
- Coordinate the training procedures for end users. Ensure training is specific to Client's needs and configurations.
Client is in the process of implementing an identity management product from Aveksa.
