Title	Program Management Director
Location	Chicago, IL
Job Summary	The Position... Waterton Residential has an exciting opportunity for a talented Program Management Director in our Chicago Corporate office.
Responsibilities	The PMO Director will be responsible for planning and managing the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of Waterton's application systems. Additional responsibilities include: investigate new technologies and business practices to identify further opportunities for process improvement in order to increase revenue, reduce costs, improve efficiency and/or increase resident satisfaction. Excellent benefit package includes medical, dental, 401K, and this position is bonus eligible. Local candidates preferred.
Qualifications	Candidates must have a broad understating of and experience working with project management methodologies as well as an understanding of systems development life cycles. Technical and programming background preferred. Solid verbal and written communication skills are required.
