Define and scope the needed change management work to achieve the business objectives of strategic programs
Define a comprehensive change management plan to assist strategic programs to deliver their program objectives

| Qualifications |
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Change Management experience or other relevant (e.g., consulting) experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing or communication, training/performance support, organizational readiness, or transition to outsourcing.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience specifically related to Change Management which includes: Change Strategy, Organization Change Enablement, or Change Capability Development
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills
Internal Consulting or External Management Consulting experience
Masters degree (org development, org psychology, learning) or MBA
Healthcare industry experience
Experience working with Information Technology programs and third-party vendors
Experience leading large scale transformation projects
Skills and experiences in related Change Management competencies, such as Enabling System and Process Change,
Experience in work planning, process mapping, and training development
