• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities to the team.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project deliverables and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to stakeholders/clients.
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
• Support Quality Assurance procedures and ensures projects are properly handed over to the QA Department for testing.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Plans and manages regular software releases
• Responsible for the management of technical project(s) from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design, development and implementation.
• Assists in developing business and functional requirements and provides guidance in the development of use cases
• Acts as the Scrum Master in daily stand up meetings
• Foster a cohesive team relationship with all levels and types of team resources
