Interview Process/Times: Phone screen and then face to face. There will be 3, 30 minute phone interviews with 3 of his Top PMs. Face to Face is required-Panel Interview
Required Skills/# of Years: Must have at least 10+ years experience in a Sr. Program Manager role
Must have PMP certification
Must have strong background in the financial industry
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should have experience managing at least a $30-40 million dollar program portofolio by themselves
Experience working in a Six Sigma and Waterfall methodology environment
Expert knowledge of Power Point, MS Projects, Excel
Hours: Normal Business Hours
Dress code: Dressy Business Casual

Must have very polished presentation skills-Should be able to present to Sr. Executives with ease
Must be able to scope an entire program out, manage the budget and drive delivery dates
Ideally this person will have experience managing Application Development, Datawarehouse and ETL projects however experience managing some infrastructure projects is not a bad thing

Description of Project:
These openings are all contract to hire. They are open to upgrade to a new more senior level of program management vs project management.
Accountable for coordinating the technology resources within the project model and deliverables within the initiative lifecycle. Implements standard processes in a group of projects. Has total responsibility for an entire project/program. Directs, controls, administers, and regulates a project to build or modify a software application. Ensures the delivery of the software to the customer and resolves any issues in the project, which directly or indirectly may affect the delivery of the software so as to make sure that the delivery is made on time. Plans and leads the work of initiative teams and motivates them to deliver. Deals with progress issues effectively as they arise, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Accountable for delivering the solution on time and on budget. Responsible for working with the Resource Manager to ensure that associates are utilized and available when needed.
