| The Project Manager will be responsible for identifying initiative scope, objectives and building work breakdown structures incorporating all aspects of development and the integration project. The plan must incorporate all aspects of the development and integration effort of two different ticketing systems, a proprietary system and a Remedy system.
Projects are managed following standard PM disciplines outlined in the PMBOK published by the Project Management Institute.
The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating meetings, managing expectations, scope management, issue and risk management, frequent status reporting and overall responsibility for completing the project on time and within budget. Specifically the Integration Project Manager will report to the Remedy Implementation PM and ensure all issues &/or risks are communicated in a timely manner.
The successful Program Manager has the ability to work at all levels within an organization from an individual contributor to the Executives.
This project regularly has aggressive timeframes and will require overtime and weekend work at times. This project is also on the Critical Path for the overall Data Center Migration Program for this client which is US based.
Projects regularly have aggressive timeframes and may require overtime and weekend work. There will be some travel involved. The project manager may be located virtually.
There is a very good possibility for further project management work with this client for a successful candidate who performs to a high standard.
