Q: How do I find the presentation files for the dinner meeting?
A: Go to http://www.pmi-chicagoland.org/page/events/pduofferings, look for the dinner meeting, click on the topic and it will bring up a dialog box with the event information, scroll to the bottom to find the presentation files.
Q: I just joined the Chapter, why can't I login to the website?
A: The Chapter membership database is updated on a monthly basis. If you joined recently wait another month and we'll have your information set up in our database as soon as possible.
Q: Can you reset my website password? I can't remember my website password how do I recover it?
A: To reset your website password, please do the following: 1) Go to the PMI Chicagoland chapter website and click on "Login". 2) Click on "Reset Password" 3) Enter the email address you provided to PMI.org 4) You should receive an email with a link that automatically logs you in to the system 5) You can then reset your password
Q: My email address changed and I no longer have access to the old email account. How do I reset my website password?
A: The best way to do this is to update your contact information in PMI.org. Allow 1 month for all the changes to propagate.
Q: We have an open position that we would like to share with the members. How do we do let the members know?
A: Two ways, 1) You can have a representative make an announcement during the monthly dinner meeting. Please notify our Director of Programs (programs@pmi-chicagoland.org) ahead of time and provide your contact information as well as a business card that we can put up in the website. 2) You can have a representative post a job opening in our job listing. If the representative is a member of the chapter, all he/she has to do is go to http://www.pmi-chicagoland.org/page/career/jobs/post and post the information. I f the representative is not a member, you can use a job-posting account. Please contact the Director of Technology (tech-website@pmi-chicagoland.org) for acount information.
