We understand that the privacy of our members is important. Because we gather certain types of information about the chapter members, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather, and how we use it.

Each month the chapter receives an updated file from PMI listing the information provided by PMI members when they join PMI or update their membership with PMI. PMI-Chicagoland uses the entire list to create labels for the chapter’s monthly newsletter. This list is also used for special chapter mailings on upcoming seminars, workshops or special events.

The list is further segregated at this point, excluding all members who opted to not be included in any type of member directory. Those not opting for exclusion are listed in an updated chapter directory. All members will have the ability to perform limited searches of this directory. The list cannot be downloaded in its entirety and it is not permitted to use the information for advertising, marketing or any commercial purposes
