I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The PMI Chicagoland Chapter website is a key communication
tool for the Chapter. The Chapter maintains the website
so that our 3,600 members can use it to stay abreast of
chapter activities and find important information for
professional development.
The chapter has two advertising spaces on its website:
a rotating rectangular banner ad that appears in the header
of every web page on the website and a rotating square
advertisement that is located on the bottom right corner
of the home page only. Both the banner or home page only
ad are “rotated” or “swapped”
between advertisers or chapter announcements. We accept
only 5 advertisements per month for each type of advertising.
Advertising links will open in a separate browser so that
access to the Chapter website will not be interrupted.

II. PUBLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The Chapter accepts web advertisements for posting
on our website with the following conditions:
• All advertisements submitted must adhere
to our advertising policy.
• A completed advertising order form must accompany
requests for advertisements.
• Advertisers must provide all advertisements
in their final presentation format. The chapter will
not modify or maintain advertisement material.
• Ad material cannot exceed 40kb.

III. ADVERTISING RATES
The chapter invoices on a monthly basis. Prices and
rates for ads are noted in the matrix below under
Advertising Rates.
